Are you moving to Oklahoma City?

It might seem like it is in the middle of nowhere, but there is actually a lot to do in OKC. This city has so much more than farms. It is a thriving metropolis that continuously grows and changes.

There are opportunities for cultural enrichment, outdoor activities, and entertainment. As proud Oklahomans, we want to show off our city a little bit. Here are some of our favorite spots in OKC:

  • Oklahoma City Zoo - This zoo has animals from almost every continent. See elephants from Asia, giraffes from Africa, or sea lions from North America.
  • Bricktown - Bricktown may be a tourist area, but it is worth visiting. Take a boat ride on the canal, watch a ball game, grab dinner or go shopping. There is so much to do in this charming part of town.
  • Oklahoma Science Museum - The science museum is one of a kind. It is home to a wide variety of exhibits that are fun for kids and adults. Learn about the weather, ride a Segway on their indoor track, or build something in their Tinkering Garage.
  • Hefner Lake & Park - If you enjoy the outdoors, this is great place for you. There is boating on the lake and bike trials for miles. It’s also a great place for kids and dogs to get some exercise.
  • Oklahoma City Boathouse - This attraction gives you a day of adventure including a giant slide, zip line, and climbing walls. They are also building a whitewater attraction for kayaking and whitewater rafting.

There is so much to do in this city. This is just a small sampling of some of our favorite areas. At Freeman Logistics, we are constantly surprised by the new and exciting things make this city great.
